This database was created under a
National Science Foundation - Documenting Endangered Languages grant,
funded through the National Endowment for the Humanities,
Division of Preservation and Access. All associated regulations and laws apply.
Specific care was taken to preserve the archive data distinct from our own analysis.
Researchers now have instant access to pdf versions of the actual archive documents.
As well as the unedited audio of elicited words and phrases.
The restricted database may contain sensitive personal or cultural information that
is not appropriate for public, G-rated consumption.
A growing selection of items from the archive is being made publicly available.
